What Do I Get With My MegaMeeting Enterprise License?
With MegaMeeting Enterprise, you get all the software necessary to conduct Web/Video Conferencing on your company's own internal servers and domains. You can invite guests to your Web Conferences by either sending them an e-mail invitation (through the MegaMeeting Enterprise software), or you can have your guests go to the domain/URL of your choice and “connect” to your conference by typing in a conference ID that you give them.
The fees for MegaMeeting Enterprise include the following:
50 Concurrent "Seats" That can be used for Web/Video Conferencing.- These seats will allow you to have unlimited Web and Video Conferencing meetings, as long as you do not exceed 50 concurrent users at any given time. Additional 50 seat licenses may be purchased to increase the number of concurrent participants that you may have in web meetings at any time.
Initial Configuration of the Software on Your Company's Internal Servers- MegaMeeting technicians will help you install and configure all necessary software onto your servers. Our experienced technicians can perform all necessary installation and configuration over the Internet, with a new client getting "up and running" within 4-6 hours of the beginning of the installation.
Training- All MegaMeeting Enterprise accounts include training. A MegaMeeting authorized trainer will educate you on how to use your MegaMeeting Enterprise account. How Do I Know My Conferences Are Secure?
With MegaMeeting Professional, all Web/Video Conferences are hosted on MegaMeeting web servers in a data center using secure RTMP protocol over port 1935, as well as secure RTMPT protocol over port 80 (tunnel via http) and secure RTMPS protocol over port 443 (tunnel via https) to allow audio and video to securely be transmitted from computer to computer.
